You might say that Tom has “been around”. He’s traveled to almost every state in the US and over 20 foreign countries! All that exposure has instilled in Tom one thing … change is not only inevitable it’s desirable. If an organization wants to stay vibrant, fresh and relevant it must anticipate, adapt to and embrace change. Tom ensures that Medlin constantly looks for new and better ways of doing things so that we remain the trusted partners our clients expect us to be.
As Vice-President, Tom’s current focus is on new business development and operations. But he has worn many hats. Rotating responsibilities with Jay gives both principals the hands-on experience and big-picture view they need to make them responsive, successful leaders of this dynamic company.
Tom enjoys living life to its fullest, whether it’s on the golf course, sharing jokes and stories with friends, mentoring others or cheering the White Sox and Bears on to victory. Tom shares his fun-filled life with four females … his wife Janet, two teenaged daughters and a dog named Elsie.
