Jay Medlin

As President and CEO, Jay focuses on keeping Medlin on track, insuring that the company remains a customer-centric organization. After all, Medlin prides itself on its long-term relationships with customers and will do whatever it takes to insure their satisfaction. Jay’s dedication to helping customers operate more efficiently is rewarded by the appreciation and acknowledgement he receives on an almost daily basis. “Integrity is what I am most passionate about and exceeding customer expectations is what keeps me going”, says Jay. “I push my employees constantly to look for ways to streamline processes and procedures in ways that benefit our customers. And that benefits all of us.”

When Jay isn’t building and cultivating relationships and opportunities, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching Little League, fishing, golfing and woodworking.
