NPPD offers specialized services to children ages 0-17 and their families. They provide (early) intervention services for kids experiencing developmental delays in order to help them ultimately achieve their maximum potential at home, at school, and in the community. When NPPD opened a new office they needed a phone system that would do three critical things:
